Deeply snow-covered mountain peaks, magnificent slopes, powder snow, and state-of-the-art lift facilities – this is exactly what a winter holiday in South Tyrol is meant to be. Indeed, our holiday region offers a true winter paradise for skiers and snowboarders alike.
Boundless skiing fun in the Ortler Skiarena
The four ski resorts of Watles, Sulden, Schöneben, and Haideralm in the Vinschgau Valley belong to the prestigious Ortler Skiarena network.
This means 15 ski areas in South Tyrol, 330 dreamlike kilometers of slopes, and just one single ski pass. The slopes reach altitudes of up to 3,000 meters, guaranteeing absolute snow safety from November until May.
With the Ortler Skiarena ski pass, you can explore a completely different ski resort every single day.
Two Countries Ski Pass
Sulden, Trafoi, Watles, Schöneben, Haideralm, and Nauders offer their guests a joint ski pass that unlocks 211 kilometers of cross-border slopes.
Sulden am Ortler (Glacier Ski Resort): offers over 40 kilometers of slopes perfect for experienced skiers and winter sports enthusiasts, but also caters well to ski novices.
Trafoi: located at an altitude of 1,570 meters in the middle of the Stilfserjoch National Park, this resort is exceptionally family-friendly, while still offering challenging sports slopes for advanced skiers.
